I haven't mentioned anything about references. Some images come out of my imagination but not everything. As you can see from these refereces. Respecting the basic object but illustrating them more idealistically than reality. The mountain is more uniformly constructed, more pointed and shadows in the snow fall in simpler patterns which are easier to see at a glance. It's the same with the cactus. Enough detail for instant recognition and not so much that it distracts from the message.
